Guarantee of Service and Quality
All of our work is carried out in a dignified and respectful manner.
Floral tributes will be made up on the day of delivery to ensure freshness.
Following each visit you will receive a digital photograph of the grave and a report.
We cannot, however, accept any liability for any loss and/or damage occurring after we complete our work and leave the graveside.

Substitution
If necessary, due to temporary availability issues of flowers and/or plants, we reserve the right to substitute alternatives of high quality and of equal or higher value.

Regulations
All our work is carried out within local authority and church guidelines and regulations.

Payment Options
Following acceptance of your order we will confirm the details and submit an invoice for payment which will form the basis and commencement of the agreement.
We accept personal cheques, cash, bank transfers, postal orders, international money orders, credit card payments via PayPal and standing orders.

Cancellations
There is an initial period of seven days from the date of the invoice to withdraw from the agreement. Following this initial cancellation option twenty-one days notice is then required to cancel the service.

Complaints
Please contact us immediately and we will aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Privacy Statement
